There's nothing new I can add to what has already been said. Scott Peterson did not receive justice. It was an old fashioned lynching. Not a shred of physical evidence and he gets the death penalty? I was completely shocked by the verdict. They didn't like his personality and between that and the media feeding frenzy, Scott didn't stand a chance. I still thought there wouldn't be a death penalty because there was plenty of reasonable doubt. They just didn't pay any attention to the evidence and convicted him on their own emotions. It's scary to think someone could be put to death on the flimsy evidence in this case. It makes me ashamed of this jury. I feel so sorry for Scott. A saint he isn't, but cheating on ones wife and killing her are worlds apart. Besides that, no one is so good they don't leave a single shred of physical evidence. And I doubt he would have said he'd been fishing in the very area they were found in. I mean come on. How nice that so many people are getting rich from this poor mans plight. I can't even imagine how horrible and surreal it must be where he is. I'm praying for you Scott. I hope the truth will win out. Hang in there. A lot of people believe in you.

Hi Erick... C'mon, you should know us better than that by now! We would not have given Scott his own area here....especially since the case has been so high profile in fact - but if you've noticed; until we did that; Peterson related threads and discussion were LITERALLY taking over the first 5 or 6 threads in every section of the board; making the WHOLE CCADP board look like the Peterson discussion board. If you read the intro to the section it explains that it was a simple admin decision to group all related threads in one area so the rest of the board is more easily read w/o uninterested people having to wade through a million threads re Scott Peterson. If you noticed; since the silly media blitz; 250 new members have joined; and though we SURE hope they will use this opportunity to educate themselves on the DP in general; there are obviously a lot of people who have come here specifically to discuss the Scott Peterson case. We'd rather we direct that; than it take over all of our work here...

Tracy and Dave..... as you both know, it was the case against Scott Peterson, and his death sentence that had me take a good hard look at the DP- I am ashamed to say, before that I had not given it serious consideration. Now-- I am against the DP IN ALL CASES, GUILTY or INNOCENT. It was this site....... the CCADP site, where I learned and got info (long before this section for SP, long before his CCADP page) on the DP...... all the OTHER VICTIMS, the true face of state sanctioned killing.....
So I ask that those that are sick of the Peterson threads-- please consider that of all the new arrivals since Scott's CCADP page, if even a fraction of those become aware of the horrors of the DP-- then it is worth it.
I hope you agree.

I DEFINATELY agree. A lot of good people have turned their attention to the DP as a result of being exposed to some of the issues through the Scott Peterson case.... We are thrilled to welcome all these new members here; as well as those who have visited who may not agree with our way of thinking; who will thus become exposed; themselves; to the reality of this thing that we are all here fighting...

I totally agree with you ! alot of times even the MPD can put you in the hole, they like to lie and even plant evidence themselves so that they won't waste time finding the real person who commited the crime. this system is screwed up if you ask me!

I am flattered that my thoughts and words resonate in some of the people here... that tells me I am in the right place.

My guess is that Scott has his own board is that someone made it for him. He does not have access to the internet in San Quentin. There are many people out here that do not beleive his trial was fair.

Like with the California cases like Ramon Salcedo who killed several of his co-workers, his wife, his mother in law, his sister in law and slashed the throats of his 3 little daughters (one survived), he is GUILTY no question.
Also with Richard Allen Davis who kidnapped, raped and killed Polly Klaus. His handprint was found in her room, he told the authorities where her body could be located, he is GUILTY no question. Both of these men received the DP and they deserve it !!!!!
Scott Peterson DID NOT kill his wife and baby, there is no evidence to prove that he did. He should win his appeals and walk free !!!!

There is just no sense in arguing this any more. Scott DID have a trial. Scott WAS convicted of killing Laci and Connor. He IS on DR. Until something else comes up, we are just wasting our time crying and bickering over this. He is guilty and was proven so by 12 of his peers, until that changes BUILD A BRIDGE AND GET OVER IT! Thank you!

People that think he is innocent - Great. People that believe he is guilty - Great. I do not believe you are going to change anyone's opinion by posting on every other thread he is innocent. And to tell the truth, if we all believed that, what would it change anyway? Everyone is entitled to their opinion and I respect that. Have a reat weekend everyone!!! I'm taking it off :-)
