Credibility doesn't necessarily mean that you're liked. I'm disliked by many because of what I stant for and for helping inforce the rules of this board.
What I mean by what I stand for is against the death penalty. It's not very popular here in the State of Texas.
As far as enforcing the rules, people come in here, assuming because it's a public board they can post anything they want and they get offended when they are reminded that this is an anti board and a support board for dr inmates and their families. It is a previlege to have a debate area to debate inmates cases. Not all anti boards allow that. So....of coarse, I'm not so popular in that area.
However, as far as credibility is concerned, I've definately gained it, whether or not I'm liked for it. It comes with the territory.

sclcookie- Why do you say that? You are not disliked on this board at all... as a matter of fact most of what I read here is all about respect for you. I know we got off to a rocky start, but things are lookin' up babe!!!
Warden- Then you understand why this was so heart wretching for me. You know what it feels like to want to protect that life and what it means if you fail. That is why I am sooooooo interested in this, if that could happen to Laci, it could happen to ANYONE and not just b/c she is white and pretty and all that. More b/c of what Scott was "the Golden Boy" "MR. Charmer" It's just horrible...
Wyld- Everytime I read one of your posts I get more and more convinced that we are kindered spirits... YOU ROCK!!!! ~MH

Do you suppose that juries are ever really told what probability to associate to the phrase `reasonable doubt'?
How well is it explained to those faced with that term, for the first time? How well would you do on any jury when asked to decide someones fate?
Things to think about.
Below is what i grabbed off Google:
REASONABLE DOUBT - The level of certainty a juror must have to find a defendant guilty of a crime. A real doubt, based upon reason and common sense after careful and impartial consideration of all the evidence, or lack of evidence, in a case.
Proof beyond a reasonable doubt, therefore, is proof of such a convincing character that you would be willing to rely and act upon it without hesitation in the most important of your own affairs. However, it does not mean an absolute certainty.

The Rochas believe Scott did it because they know him personally. They know he did it. Sharon Rocha does not seem like the type of person who could be brain washed, if she believed he didn't do it then she would have defended him like a lioness protecting its cub. He was her son in law and Connor's father, Laci's husband, he was family and she trusted him - but he wasn't clever enough to pull the wool over her eyes. A mother knows.

Mother's have intuition when it comes to their babies. It's a fact and she is a very strong person, it would be hard to convince her of something she didn't feel in her heart. Btw, this isn't something that I will debate, we have all seen how strong this women is.

OK, if a mothers knows intuitively, then Jackie P believes her son didn't do this and therefore she's supporting him. Can someone' pull the wool 'over the eyes of their own mother/parents? I know you don't want to debate this mhdubuha, it's jmo.
