If it were truly an episode of self defense then your friend would have been acquitted. He was found criminally liable. We all need to remember that the first an most objective is retribution. If you commit a crime YOU SHOULD PAY A PRICE. The only difference between pros and anti is what that price should be ain't that right. I know a man who spent 5 years for manslaughter (self defense....but these pro's never buy that "excuse") Out about 10 years ago. No trouble since. hugggz, Suzanne

In general population inmates have taken GED, there's a picture of Howard Marks in his book Mr.Nice receiving his diploma from one of the prison governors.
