A friend of mines told me they might do a RETRIAL for Scott,now can you imagine ? that would be great!@ imagine this! all of Scott P supporters there to support him!  |

I hope the proscecution does a better job for sure. LWOP would be a whole lot better than this DP crap, especially, with the lack of evidence that I'm noticing.

It probably wouldn't be wise. He's got a history of lying. It would probably hurt him rather than help him.

However, I do have to say that there are many chronic liars in this world but that doesn't make them a murderer. I'm definately not saying I believe he's innocent. Most here know I think he's very much guilty. The thing is it wasn't an educated assumption because I didn't have the facts. However, I have them now and I'll be going through them and what I'm seeing so far is there are many discrepencies in the procecutions case. The media did not do this case justice by being very onesided on this case. |

Something that most people haven't realized is it was proven in court Scott was not the only proven liar in this case.
Detective Brocchini and Detective Grogan were both caught lying. Under oath, glossed over by the media and it still is.
The Prosecution lied in both his opening and closing arguements, proven by their own witnesses.
The warrants for wiretaps were issued based one perjured affidavits.
The lying came from more than one source. If Scott must be judged for lying the so must the ones who are being paid to uphold truth, justice and the law.

Scott lied about a great many things, but most centered around Amber Frey.BUt what I find ironic is that the MPD and DA chose to believe those things he said that furthered their case..like he was out on the Bay that day.So lets look there.And then they broadcast his alibi...just one more thing that leads to the benefit of a doubt for me as anyone listening to the news knew his whereabouts.
