I live in the bay area and I haven't heard a thing about a retrial and believe me that would be all over the news. Sorry, I think your friend is just talking rumors.

A friend of mines told me they might do a RETRIAL for Scott,now can you imagine ? that would be great!@ imagine this! all of Scott P supporters there to support him!  Everyone on death row gets an automatic appeal. |

I wouldn't give Geragos a dime! Scott I will support until he recieves a fair trial. Which I'm afraid will never happen. Look what happened when he posted a simple message on CCADP! Him getting a new trial will just be another media circus like the first one! IMO.
Geragos is another story. I'd drop him as fast as I could!

I hope the proscecution does a better job for sure. LWOP would be a whole lot better than this DP crap, especially, with the lack of evidence that I'm noticing. They did a great job--that is why he received the death penalty. I wonder if it was you or your Son or Father or brother if you thought they still did a good job..considering they had no evidence on Scott, Nothing..Just a few tapes from Amber who is a liar herself..Which he never confused to doing anything as a matter of fast at one point in the Jan 6th tape he asked Amber "Did you have anything to do with his?" No not a good job..The Jury was out to make Money off this case and they went with the popular Vote..Thanks to the Media. |

Yipee!!!!!! Now we can waste more of the taxpayers money just so he can be found GUILTY again! Isn't that wonderful. I have read all of your posts and I believe you are a seriously disturbed person who's probably concocted some sick deranged fantasy about yourself and Scott. You post more than anybody on here. Get a life and some psychiatric help. Anyone in law enforecement who's read this, may want to alert authorities at the prison. This will be one who will try to bust Scott out of prison and kill someone in the process all the while leaving her poor husband to raise their children without a mother!

I agree that Geragos was a lame attorney! He also had absolutely no integrity or etiquite. I think Geragos milked The Peterson family until there was no money left and gave them nothing in return. If I was the Peterson's I would question what I got for my million plus bucks because there certainly wasn't no defense! It was just Geragos in front of the camera everyday in his flashy sunglasses with his cellphone with Afrodite Jones. I wouldn't give Geragos a dime!
