I was thrilled to see that with this web site that Scott Peterson may actually have a chance to speak to his family and friends that have supported him throughout his ordeal. I think it is horrific that the media can condemn a human being so quickly and yet these same people have no rights to speak nor defend themselves. Finally someone can stand up for those who are unable to!

I agree with you. I was disappointed that Scott feels he is unable to reply to his supporters because he fears that his notes will be sold which seems to be happening. Anyone who is profiting off Laci and Connors deaths are very sick people (Amber just to name one).
He is an innocent man that should have the opportunity to spend some of his time writing to people.

I heard from some follks on Prisontalk but I won't say who that he wasn't really obeying that and he was still writing. So who really knows. I bet he is knowing that Scott isn't known for his truthfulness. I agree with you. I was disappointed that Scott feels he is unable to reply to his supporters because he fears that his notes will be sold which seems to be happening. I hope that what you heard on Prisontalk is true and that Scott has not given up on replying to the numerous "real supporters" that are out there and would NEVER think of selling his notes.I heard from some follks on Prisontalk but I won't say who that he wasn't really obeying that and he was still writing. Peterson innocent? check the facts. a jury found him guilty I followed this case closely and NEVER saw anything to indicate he's innocent. It's innocent untill proven guilty, not guilty untill proven innocent. |

It's innocent untill proven guilty, not guilty untill proven innocent. maybe you haven't there was a trial he was found Guilty So what, he won´t get executed within 20 years anyway and can file lots of appeals to prove his guilt or innocence. |

It's innocent untill proven guilty, not guilty untill proven innocent. maybe you haven't there was a trial he was found Guilty I've followed the trial (case) from the start on, watched the footage read the transcripts etc etc. I even think he is guilty, however that opinion is not based on evidence presented during the trial. The fact that he was found guilty doesn't mean he is guilty. I assume from your anwer that you didn't understand what i was trying to say. |

Have you ever heard of INNOCENT UNTIL *PROVEN* GUILTY?  That's what the LAW is SUPPOSED to be...... obviously that didn't happen in THIS case, which is why so many people support Peterson..... it was an illegal conviction, IMO. |

Well, I would hope that Scott has learned that being dishonest doesn't work and therefore hasn't lied yet again. If what you heard on Prison Talk was true, then Scott is still lying. I certainly pray that isn't true.
