I never saw ANYTHING that indicated his guilt. NOTHING. Have you ever heard of INNOCENT UNTIL *PROVEN* GUILTY?  That's what the LAW is SUPPOSED to be...... obviously that didn't happen in THIS case, which is why so many people support Peterson..... it was an illegal conviction, IMO. The police INVESTIGATED THOROUGHLY...while scott was at the candle light vigil, he was chatting on the phone with amber describing paris...tell me why he did that? tell me why he lied? tell me why he was all smiles? tell me why the TAPED conversations prove his guilt? take the blinders off!! Jax, he was not on the phone at the vigil....that whole conversation took place before the vigil. Have you ever lied? How is someone supposed to react when dealing with crisis? Is there a textbook way? Your justifications for why you think Scott is guilty are weak. |

The First Amendment of the UNITED STATES reads, in its entirety: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. Here is where the problem lies with SO many American, WE want to believe we have the right to free speech, no matter who it offends, no matter who it hurts as long as that is how we feel. let me ask, DID you really read the First Amendment there? or do you just spout it so that you feel its known? Because in actuallity, the first amendment does NOT give you the right to free speech.. what it states EXACTLY is that GOVERNMENT shall pass no LAWS limiting your free speech. Not that you have the right to it per se. So the government may not pass a law that says.. look dude, you cant go out and protest the war, or you can not protest the President, etc. That does not make what people do when exercising their "right to free speech" right. It also does not provide for a "separation of church" and state as so many want to believe. It simply states AGAIN that the government cannot pass a law establishing a religion or pass a law that prevents you from practicing your religion. In addition, in case you didnt notice, the CCADP is a Canadian website, it is not subject to whatever "rights" you believe that the first amendment give you under the United States Laws. And it is not owned or regulated by the US Government. So for you to keep coming on and complaining about your "rights" is basically a waste of your time. I am sure though it makes you "feel" better. |

It made me laugh actually, if he appears again, i will again send him a wonderful little message. I believe i am an adult, old enough to decide what i believe and what i dont believe. And would be quite happy for him to "try" to slap me. I was assuming it was the Mikebook character. I know he likes to brag that he is 6'7" or something like that. I just told him to "bring it on" its funny because i dont really post here alot, I guess thats why the "attack" was done, figuring maybe i was just here for Scott, which anyone that knows me, or even read my message to Scott will know is NOT the case. Scotts case just led me to one of the most inspirational people I have ever met, Rich and of course the angel here Irene. I have a new penpal, someone that Rich had asked Irene to keep an eye on.
AND it led me to a couple of great new friendships! I would NEVER have met Miles or Missy had i not been searching for information on Scott.
I am not sure if he is guilty or innocent, its not for me to judge, i believe he did NOT get a fair trial. ANd i will always be thankful that through him i have a new outlook on alot of things.
Thank you Tracy and Dave for this site and for your perserverence through all of the crap some of the people throw...

I think it's sad that SP feels like he can't write anyone because it might get sold. That must be a terrible feeling, I could only imagine. I've never written him but have thought about it. May still... But with that aside, I do still think that he is guilty but for some reason, my heart goes out to him. He seems like such a lost soul.
