My name is Tina Church and I am an investigator that has worked on many DR cases Lonnie and Rich being just two to mention. Procedural barring prevented good issues from being heard. Both families have suffered losses beyond comprehension.
Let's all respect the Other Victims and treat them with the dignity and respect that they so deserve. For any people out there that are pen-pals keep in mind during those last few days the family and spiritual help is what is needed. There are so much unfinished business that needs to be addressed.
All the men on the row appreciate so much the love and friendship that they receive from their pen-pals--stand by them, support them, but please do not kick the Other Victims to the curb, because that is where they have lived for so many years. ...
God Bless

Tina I admire all of your hard work, and just wanted you to know that.
If you know of something specific I can send to the families or if anyone has set up any kind of donation fund or anything, please let us know.

I know that Rich more than anything wanted a Trust Fund set up for his daughter Rickky. If anyone is interested then feel free to contact Irene or myself and I can get the word to her.

What about the families of the victims of crime...What do you plan to do for them? I mean, it is nice that the guys on death row have friends, but what of the friends of the murdered person?

By telling them people in Texas still support the death penalty and that law and order are still important, as is education, good roads and bridges, lower taxes, and that we elected them and can replace them as well...

This Texan doesn't believe in the death penalty.....therefore Texas doesn't support the death penalty, only the people who a for the death penalty support it, some Texans, not all Texans.
There are many more Texans then you realize that are not for the death penalty and I'm going to make sure that many many more oppose it by giving my family and friends here in Texas Uncensored information.

That is all well and good. Good luck doing it. (NO I am not being sarcastic. It is differences that make us a better country...Although I really hate county music...)

Mike,
Obviously you know nothing about me. You see my friend, I support ALL of the OTHER VICTIMS. In my work there are many unsolved murder cases that are called "cold cases", and in many of these cases YOUR prosecutors will not seek a "charge" due to LACK of EVIDENCE, or maybe not an election year.
So, here is where I come in. Murdered victims that are not recognized by the SYSTEM that you so support will contact me and guess what? I work just as hard for them ONLY and I repeat ONLY if the Death Penalty is not on the table. Educate yourself as I have.

Perhaps you have not seen my profile. I am in favor of the Death Penalty only when all the "i"s are dotted and the "t"s crossed. I want the inmate to have every chance that they have coming to them. However, if the result is death, tough. I want you to look up Chris Shuffield. He is on Texas Death Row, and talk about a creative lawyer he has. He is white and is using a defence that blacks were excluded from his jury during jury selection...Seems to be working...

Mike,
I have yet, through all of my experience found a Texas case where all "i's" and "t's" have been dotted and crossed. The Texas system is designed for the poor, and people of color to fail from the very beginning.
