Hello; A quick question. I'm a penpal of Efrain Perez whose Death sentence has recently been overturned Hes now been given a Life sentence, which he has decided to fight against. He's currently in Polunsky, and in his latest letter he informed me that they will be moving him anytime within the next week. I'm concerned about where they might be moving him to? If I reply to him now anyway, and it doesn't arrive until after he is moved . . . will he receive my letter anyway? Regards, Gill

Regards, Gill Hi Gill I'm not sure about Texas but I've read on the Florida DOC website that they hold on to the letter and return it to the post office with a forwarding address... they do this for up to one month. As I said, not sure about Texas - it may be worth emailing them? Hope this helps? Best wishes Lauren xxx P.S. I'm really pleased for Efrain having his death sentence overturned!!

You might want to call Polunsky I know they have started to move them. They should be able to tell you where they put him after he gets out of diagnostic.
