How many of you have heard of Brain Fingerprinting, and what do you think about it?

I am fairly educated on that subject and know Larry Farwell personally. He offered to help us with Robert's case but Oklahoma wouldn't let him do the test.

I've heard about it but don't know much about it -- I first heard about it when Jimmy Dennis was trying to get it to prove his innocence.

I'm not sure; it was before these good lawyers got involved; they have filed tons of stuff so that may be one of them....

I believe this could save alot of innocent people from execution. It is so much more reliable than the lie detector. You can't fake brainwaves!!! It doesn't measure nervous responses. Any one interested should go to the website to see exactly how it works. I have actually taken the test as a demonstation. Of course I am innocent of a murder that happened when I was 5 years old. In case you were wondering the results.....lol.

I have also read about this - and I wonder why it isn't being used more often. I guess it is costly and that is why. But if this method is reliable, I'm sure it would cost less than lots of appeals and wrongful incarcerations.

The main reason is trying to get it admissable in court. Jimmy Ray Slaughter took the test and it showed that he was not the killer but Oklahoma executed him anyway. The courts would not accept the test. It is admissable in the state of Iowa.
