Abolition bill passes committee in New Mexico
The bill jsut passed with a 5-2 vote. We are one step closer to abolition in NM!!!!
New Mexico and Maryland are leading the moves against the death penalty in the new legislative round. Others will follow as recession brings the extra cost of the death penalty into sharp focus.
