I to read alot on the case and, agree that we must look under every rock to find the real truth but, with all the DNA/Science technology we could not find or connect Scott with out a doubt to this murder of his Wife and Child Conner. It scares the hell out of me that someone could be sitting waiting to be held accountable for something we can not prove. But, wait does an affair count?? this is just crazy that we convicted a man to death for a secret affair?? humm what does that say. I agree it seemed really crazy with the phone conversations that took place while they were looking for Lacy that he stated to his girlfriend he was in Europe.. cant make sense of that one but, who am I to say.. that still doesn't come up with a DNA conviction.. maybe unstable but, not murder. I pray for all of them.

I totally agree.
While I THINK he did it, I do not think it was proven that he did. So, to me, the conviction scares the hell out of me for the same reasons.

After all, as Behrendt sensibly puts it, "if a (sane) guy really likes you, there ain’t nothing that’s going to get in his way."

If you think that Scott Peterson might be guilty, take a look at Scott Peterson (LINK) and in particular at the first three sections. The prosecution had zero evidence for guilt. All of the actual significant evidence goes to an alternate suspect and crime and, while believed to be rare, this crime is by no means unknown.

Scott Peterson should NOT die by lethal injection. That is just WRONG. [ This is a SUPPORT section for Scott and his family. What part of that is too complicated for you? ]

I just have some questions, on the blog it says that the "alleged lies" will be addressed but they haven't been. Is that because interest in this case is not as fervent as it once was? I was just curious about some of the lies Scott told - specifically to Amber about not having a wife. Correct me if I am wrong but I couldn't find anything about that.

I was just curious about some of the lies Scott told - specifically to Amber about not having a wife. Correct me if I am wrong but I couldn't find anything about that. They don't spend a lot of time on it these days. However it doesn't really matter, since there is now no doubt of Scott's innocence. See the first two pages here for summaries. Note that despite 5 months and $11 million the prosecution wound up with nothing but a weak "coincidence" -- which goes to Scott's innocence, not his guilt.

Absolutely correct- There's little doubt as to Scott's innocence- He's did it and the only shame is they haven't toasted him yet. I hope he's enjoying the great food and all the guys jammed in there with him.
