I have heard that things are looking good for Scott in appeal trial to come. I sure do hope that this is true. I pray every day for Scott to be free.

The man was "guilty" of adultery, "guilty" of having a mistress - enough for the pack to sentence him to death. Inquisition in California.

we all need to bring his innosence out in the open more and get him back to court, and prove he is not guilty, he was convicted because he was the easy way to put a end to it, there is no justice

When is this appeal supposed to take place? The civil case should start in a few weeks. The criminal appeal is still a few years away AFAIK. |

I am not sure about this guy.no tears from him.I do feel very sad for he's mom and dad.God bless them both.

When the police told him that his wife and son were identified he started crying, however the police brutally arrested him right away. When he was due to go to court, it was reported he was sick enough to throw up - and did. As for guilt - First: there was not even the slightest hint of evidence that Scott was guilty - none. The state spent $11 million to convict him and the media added about $100 million more. Still no evidence. See tinyurl.com/65fvud for why there was none. Second, there are 18 separate pieces of evidence which show who really killed Laci and why. See tinyurl.com/6d3g4a for those items - each of which proves that a woman killed Laci and Conner. Believe facts, not media nonsense and the howling rage of a bunch of self styled commentators. The facts are solidly on Scott's side. |

Hi happy, I have not read your blog lately since it's gotten so updated! It's great! You've done great work there! Anyway, I like all your evidence pointing to it being a failed fetus napping and I agree with it. I guess this is will be my first and last message however I'm complelled to write this for Laci and her family and for my sister who also got murdered by her husband.
I am Canadian and we don't have the dealth penalty so I have nothing to say about that. However it blows me away to think there are people believing this person who talks to his new found girlfriend on his cell while there are people praying around him for his dead wife. While telling his sweetie he is in France.
It doesn't stop there the evidence mounts that it staggers the imagination.
I agree Justice for Scott in jail for life and not one minute more.

What you have stated as the truth is, in fact, false. Scott returned one of Frey's many calls before the memorial service. Their conversation was brief. That you have to rely on this sort of untrue slander is characteristic of this case - you ignore proven truth and rely on lies to support your hatred of this man. This is hardly likely to impress those of us who know the facts. Rest assured that even in the USA this case will be overturned and Scott will be freed. However Laci may never get justice, since the police did such a terrible job of investigation and since the media polluted the weak minded with simple nonsense. |
