Thank you for the reply.
You are completely right, in saying that this is a damned if you do, damned if you don't case. I feel sorry for all those involved.
I used to believe Scott was innocent... but now I think that has changed. I don't believe he got a fair trial - but I think IF he got a fair trial the results would be the same. Too many things point to Scott. People on the Pro Scott sites try to convince you of his innocence, but there just isn't enough to convince me.
Thank you for your condolences. I will try to post in the victims area - not sure I want to relive all of those nitemares again though.. but again, than you for the offer.

Mami~ My only suggestion for you is to read the case, get as much info as you can and then form an opinion. I would rather make an informed opinion about the case and Scott then one because of what other people say. Im glad that you have joined the board and hope to see more posts from ya.

"IMO I think that if I thought that Scott was guilty then it would be disrespectful to post a pic of Laci and Scott together... on the other hand.. "
He was proven guilty and sits on death row. I agree it is disrespectful to have Laci's pic up. But CCADP does not tell them what they can put on their page so it has to stay. IMO also.

I think if for some reason Sharon Rocha or other members of her family checked his page, that they would feel like it is a slap in the face. BUT this is IMO.
I guess I just see it differently then the CCADP because of what we went through.
Maybe someone should write to Scott and ask him to reconsider his choice of photos. It's one thing for him to have them up in his private cell, but it's another to make them public for everyone to see . It sends out a message that he is in denial about all that has transpired. BUT AGAIN, this is IMO.

Johnna Thanks HUNNIGIRL. I have read the case. Everything I could find. Anything that was ever written about Peterson & his case I have read. I've read the motions and followed the trial closely although through the media's perspective. There still is nothing that would make me say "Oh, he's innocent" the only thing that I can agree with Scott on is that he did not receive a very fair trial. The evidence leads to no one other then Scott, but I still have sympathy for him because of the way he was attacked by the media. I just think if Scott was innocent, that alot of his actions would've been different. Some people say "Oh, there's no certain way that you should act when something like this happens" but YES there is! ANYONE in his situation would've taken everything much more seriously. If someone accused me of killing my husband, and I sat in court listening to them call me names, accusing me of murder, I would be hysterical. There's no way I could sit there and just "See what happens" I would be frantic. IMO Scott should've been too. ;D
