Hi Everybody,
I am originally from Santa Rosa, CA, which is about 2.5 hours from Modesto. I now live in Minneapolis, MN since February 2003. I grew very interested in the Scott Peterson case during Christmas 2002 and continued to watch the coverage from MN. Unfortunately, up here the best trial coverage was with Nancy Grace on closing arguments and we all know how forgiving that woman can be!
Anyhow, from the beginning, I've never believed that Scott was guilty. Nothing in me ever clicked to think that he could have committed this crime. I am still an avid Scott Peterson supporter and can't wait for the day our justice system sees this as well.
I don't believe there was enough physical evidence to convict Scott of this crime, and to this day he still doesn't admit it, when he has nothing left to lose.
I pray for Scott and his family and wish them all of the best. I think this is a great site you have going here.
As far as my stance on the death penalty all together, I'm kind of on the fence with that one. I have 2 young little girls and if someone like Joseph Edward Duncan III came along, I don't know how forgiving I'd be. I do believe that the death penalty is a serious penalty and should be governed as such. Thanks!

I am a retired executive and have followed every step of your perilous journey and have the utmost compassion
for you and the predictment you are in.
You have professed your innocence since day one and have not waivered. I believe you. There are many others who believe
you also and I am a member of several Forums where they post.
You were not proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt but were railroaded by the media of whom I have lost all respect.
And you are not the first or will be the last that these revenue driven vultures will cause to be found guilty although
they are factually innocent.
The Public and jury was influenced by the unending bombardment of Court TV, MSNBC, Nancy Grace, Gloria Allred, Wendy Murphy, Lisa Bloom, Kimberly Guilfoyle Newsom, Vinnie Politan, Dan Abrams, Geoffry Feiger, Chuck Smith,Jim Hammer, James Curtis,
Rita Crosby, Gloria Gomez, Leis Wiehl, Laura Ingles, Jeanine Pirro, Dean Johnson, Geraldo, Bill O'Reilly, Sean Hannity, Shepard Smith, Fred Graham, Mark Fuhrman and others who had no interest in anything other than pushing an agenda and continually
professed in no uncertain terms that you and no one else did the crime.
Keep your head up Scott. There are lot's of people working on your behalf and somewhere in the legal appeals process
there will be found honest, reasonable professionals who will find that you were unfairly convicted and will overturn
the verdict.

I never thought I would be writing a note to someone sitting on death row. I am 21 year old who has a passion for law. I caught myself being a little more than interested in your case. Not only did I follow it daily with court TV, but I visited the Redwood city court house a few times. I would rather not give my opinion about the case to the world, I would just like you to know that some normal decent human being (that would be me) with no connection with you or your family before this case, sincerely feels bad about what has happen to you these last few years and I want you to know that I will pray for you-

Scott - You have many supporters. It amazes me at the amount of support that there actually is. It must be very heart warming, and must make you sleep better at night knowing that you're not alone.
Wish you could write to me again - it's been a long time since we had the chance to chat.

Scott, I wanted you to know that Im doing what I can to help with getting you out of there. I have never wrote you or your family, But I am behind you 100%. I hope to see the day that Modesto LE have to eat there words. I don't blame you for not writting that is a good Idea because there are to many Judas's out there..Every word you say that make a mockery of it..so hang tight..Remember you have many Supporters. God Bless you..And Justice won't be served to the REAL killer/Killer's are brought fourth.

Hello Scott, I've never written to you before , mostly because in the back of my mind I was thinking " will my message ever really make it to him or is there so many that mine will only become lost in the shuffle of them all ?" Well I decided to take a chance and I'm hoping my words make it to you some how. I'm not writing to bad mouth anyone, I'm sure you get plenty of mail from people telling you what they think of certain people that were involved in your case, for example Amber fry and for some reason many think you want to hear about what a no good for nothing person she is, but if I were in your shoes I'm not so sure thats something I would want to hear day after day. many of the things people tell you are possibly things you already know and don't need to be reminded of. I'm writing to you today just to simply let you know that theres a girl out here in California that says a prayer for you every day and my heart goes out to your family. you all are forever in my thoughts and prayers.

i have followed the scott peterson trial since the day that it hit the news...SCOTT I TRUL;Y BELIEVE YOU ARE INNOCENT!!!!!...it goes to show you how our justice system works....i have wanted to write you several times at san quentin, but i didnt want you to think i was a "groupy" or some woman trying to make a buck...i have visited your other websites and i have donated some money to your legal fund and also have emailed mark geragos, i am sorry for your losses with laci,connor and your freedom, but one day justice will prevail, until then..keep your head up and know that there are people with "common" sense who do truly believe in your innocence...i will write to you after this fenzy has died down, i have also started doing research on your case....you will be freed!!! I was born in Ireland and I now live in Manchester, England.
I watched in horror as you were convicted on this horrific crime against your beautiful wife and unborn son. There was no evidence to support the conviction.
What you and your family are going through must be unimaginable. Your parents and family circle have unfaltered in their support of you.
Remember Scott whatever the media says you do have worldwide support, we all realize if this could happen to you it could happen to anyone.

You have been found guilty in an unfair trial of one of the most serious crimes, and we feel that appeals of your sentence can be a great chance of postponement of the sentence which was wrongfully given to you.
Every human being is judged by his deeds, they have made a grave error and you now have an opportunity to change your destiny and fight on.
