I cannot say whether you are guilty or innocent, but I can say that NO ONE deserves the death penalty.
The Lord helps us overcome obstacles, I am certain he will help you with yours.

Keep strong, you have been sent there wrongfully convicted. You are an educated, moral man and the truth will come out and you will be released. Just remeber we are thinking of you and your family while you are faced with this, just remeber you not alone alot of people support you. I think this site is great and look forward to hearing your next message. Keep smiling, you will be okay.

Scott, I feel really bad for all that has happened to you. But I am sure you will make it through and show all those crazy people what you really are. I have always believed in you from day 1, and have developed a personal bond with you "in a strange way" . I know you cant write back, and I understand why, but please if there is anything I can do for you, or just be a friend to stand by you, let me know. I am from Alabama and would love to meet you. The media did this to you, I cant watch most of them anymore~~~especially NANCY GRACE. I will write you a longer letter soon, and try to send you to you personally also. Scott-I have followed your ordeal from the beginning and have never doubted you innocence.I pray that you remain strong and vigilant in you drive for a new trial. I feel confident that you will be found not guilty when that occurs. You will be free in the future and you will be able to reconstruct you life. A terrible misdid has been done by our legal system and it will be overturned, I feel very confident of that. Keep the faith, stay true to your cause. I am an ex-LE person who has 50 years experience in criminal investigations. There was no evidence in your trial that proved you had anything to do with your wife's disappearance or her demise. Our judicial system is not perfect and your case is a prime example of justice gone wrong.Take care. My thoughts are with you.

Scott as i have wrote to you.......i believe another autopsy needs to be done on Laci and it would prove your innocents beyond a shadow of a doubt. The modesto LE and prosecutors crushed 50 years of faith, for me, in our system. I hope that you are able to adjust to your new way of life. I find writing helps .....even if its just a letter to yourself, would help you to deal with all the feelings you must be going through. No innocent person should have to go through wht you are going through.

Hang in there Scott. I think your conviction will be overturned on appeal. I don't know if you are fully aware of all the support out here for you.. specifically for how you were convicted by a corrupt justice system. We all must fight what happened to you... because any one of us could be next. Personally I think the Rochas should be doing some kind of penance for breaking into your house and stealing your property. I also think that all proceeds from the books/movies should be given to you when you are released to help you bebuild your life. See you on the outside.  |

Hi Scot, This is such a great idea. i always knew there was alot of people out there that cared abou you beside us writing on BB. Because I knew that I have not wrote as often as i should and used my time to express my opinion where i could. your loss is so great as you lost your wife,child and freedom. i had expressed on a BB that people should send you a picture of themselves and there family so you would wake up ever day and see pictures of people who support you. it was probably a bad idea as your walls probably would not hold all the pictures you would receive. The BB I wrote it on did not like it because I mentioned writing to you so i got a scarlet letter across my forehead,just as many American did to you because you had an affair. it was not right but we have had many presidents who have lied to their wives and broke there marriage vow. it is not something i condone but no one deserves to be on DR because of it. Please do not allow what happen to you turnyou into a bitter and hateful person. We love you because you are our brother and will help to see that justice is done for you,Laci and Connor. Alice,Saraliba,jeremias,mustang,simca,hadassah and sometimes guest. Give my love to your Mother. You will be free someday!

Scott, It's me Amanda Puckett from Decatur In. You have wrote me on two occassions. I understand why you can not write and it sucks that we have people out there who like to be greedy and sell the letters. I want you to know that I am still fighting for you and Love you . I am sooo glad you got involved w/ the CCADP.
I know when I sent you all the internet paper work, that it would get put to good use!! Please always keep your head up and when you do get out, I hope you look me up , so we can "High Five" it and I can give you the real hug that We send out to you in our prayers EVERY night.
