Hi Jennaleigh... Can you please resend it ? We actually switched computers a few days before the email change; the one we had been using had a major meltdown....we are still hoping to be able to retrieve lost info and emails; but haven't had a techie person come to fix yet.... so in the meantime a lot of emails have gone unanswered and are inaccessible to us. (even at the best of times there can be a long delay as we both work full time; have a child; and only do CCADP volunteer evenings and weekends; and we do actually get close to a hundred emails a day and I spend time answering each one carefully in the order I get them; yes it can take a long time....)But in this case I haven't been able to access them.. I hope it won't be permanent; but in the meantime; please resend your email  that goes for anyone else who may have sent an email in the last couple of weeks and are awaiting a response. |

I just found this site. I am the baby sister of a Tenn. death row inmate. I am looking for other people for support. Maybe toher family members of other death row inmates.

Please could someone help. I am penfriend of death row prisoner in polunsky, Texas. He has asked me to place his info on a website in the hope that a lawyer would help him with his appeal. could anyone tell me how i can do this. I am not very computer literate, so any help needs to be explained very carefully. cheers

I am unsure of where to leave an email for Scott Peterson. I feel their was no evidence to convict him and am upset by what I have read of the case. Since no one saw him on the boat, why would he say he was there if that is where he was supposed to have killed his wife and unborn son? Also, I feel that if what I read in a book that said his sigh of relief when on a phone being told it was not his wife found proves he did not have a fair trial and was not innocent before being found guilty. His sigh of relief would be appropriate for the situation. Most would be happy that they did not find the missing person dead. Instead, they made it out like he sighed relieved it was not found so he could get away with it.
I can't help but feel this was a very unlawful found guilty before being proven guilty and that he should not have been found guilty with the stupid reasoning and evidence they manipulated to make it so. I am so saddened by our legal system and would hope the real individual or individuals will one day be bought to justice.
When we find an innocent person guilty it is horrible.
Scott, find calm,peace and pleasure in small things.

hi i wrote to a guy in texas who was then put to death and killed, i was v v supset and said that i would never write to a person on the row again but as time has gone on, i have been looking at writing again but i went on to the ccadp.org website and i see its not very upto date. have i missed out or is there another site as all the upcomming executions are 2006? can any one fill me in please many thanx

many thanks for yur reply. when you go onto the ccadp penpals site and up comming exections does it only show upto 2005/06. I have emailed ccadp but im still waiting reply quess it may be a time difference thing. I dont want to stat looking for some one new to write if they have already been executed or are no longer on the row. .any help would be great

Levigem, I can understand your concerns. But, you could go ahead and choose an inmate you would like to write to, and then look up his/her details on the Internet. eg If the inmate you are looking to write to is based in Florida, you could check his/her details on dc.state.fl.us/ to receive his/her current status. p.s. Hi There. I need to get to the moderator of this site to get into the family section of this site. I have been bashed by pro-death penality people for having a very strong connection to someone that is on death row for convictions he did not do. I was actually called a serial killer groupie. I for the life of me cannot understand how people like that can talk to another person they don't have a clue about and "judge" them. These people wanted information. We are in litigation. None of us can "give out" information that for a long time the world has wanted. Don't these people know that they are killers themselves? Worse than anyone in the world that is sitting in prison. They are on the streets! That is why my screen-name is what it is. That is the ONLY person I answer to. :-)
