Hello possible applicant,
This will be a challenging position. Though most of the class members here are friendly and work together well; there are a few that insist on causing trouble; stirring up the other kids; and calling the other kids outside to fight; talking behind their backs; bullying each other.
Patience of a saint; the wisdom of Solomon; and the ability to talk down an angry kid having a temper tantrum required.
Position must be filled urgently; as some of the kids here can't take care of themselves...
Inquire within. References REQUIRED.
NO PAY. NO GRATITUDE. You'll do it for the love of the job...
;D

Oh, yeah, don't forget, you'll get bitched out and the kids will scream "That's not fair!"

I've worked with children of all ages and backgrounds most of my career. In order to communicate, it's essential to be on the same level, physically, and maintain eye contact whether praising or disciplining a child. As this is not possible in cyber-garten, I would not be able to do this job justice, so it's a case of thanks, but no thanks. Anyway at the moment, touch wood, it appears the unruly members have left us in peace
