It was asked in another thread this question:
I realize that this is impossible, but, if executing a murderer did bring back the victim, would you support the DP? I know that it does not work that way, but just pretend. Especially those who know/love a DR inmate. Would you allow him to be executed if his death would being back his victim(s)?
Well, I was talking to someone earlier and this person asked a good question and I thought that I would present it here. Purely hypothetical.....
Do you think the victims would be willing to have a life taken in order for them to live again?

Well now, I think this could become a deep religion based thought...If the victim (now being a soul in heaven) had the choice, would probably stay right where they are in the loving hands of God, surrounded by the eternal paradise we have heard that heaven is.
BUT, if the Victim a mere mortal, immediately after being killed before experiencing the journey to Heaven was given the chance to be alive again and rather their killer be dead. Yes, I believe most would want their life.

yeah, that's what I was thinking. I think the victim would rather stay in heaven where there is no murder.
Now if the victim wasn't to know about heaven yet, it's all about survival.

you know what, if I were a victim, I'd hate the responsibility of knowing that I was in effect responsible for another human's demise.
Like the earlier question, I'd NEVER choose personally. I'd worry about the responsibilities after this life.
Not taking ANY chances!! (even those that do not believe in God), what 'IF' there was one? Are you ready to put your 'possible' soul into jeopardy?
;D

Had to modify to make my point here. Ok, you agree to the death of someone who killed you, you live back on earth, having been resonsible for their death, YOUR decision, and you expect to go back to Paradise? Knowing what you allowed to happen??? Under these non 'happening' circumstances that is! ;D

Maybe im too small to understand, but as i have read before; since i don't believe in god, i won't be allowed in anyway

I think it would depend on what of even IF the victim knew their murderer. I would hope in my case, my mother would assist in his execution so that she could come back.
Now, others voiced their opinion on this and that was respected. This is mine so please respect that.

that's really sad, what you wrote. Why? Catz... FOUND IT!! LOL!!! ;D ;D ;D You wanted me to answer in another thread, and could I find it? NO!! Duh!!! No, I think my point was, that referring to drugs in the afterlife etc. But I know like you, in NL it's legal. But I guess I was just sad you were slightly flippant about it all. See Tracy, you should never have brought up this subject!! LOL! No offense Catz, OK? NONE intended. Kind regards Miles
