Recently, I have been reading about problems with the drugs used for lethal injection... People have said that the Potassium Cloride burns the organs, and because of the Sodium Thipenol and the Pavulon, the inmate cannot scream or move or anything. He may be in severe pain...
So I was thinking, what if we changed the drugs that are used in lethal injection? The drugs I was thinking of was heroin and cocaine...
Heroin does have the advantage of being plentiful in evidence lockers and we could get pure heroin at low cost to taxpayers. Also, heroin can be stopped by use of a drug called Narcan which will turn it off, so to speak. Now, do realize that many and most of you all are against the Death Penalty, and I can understand that, but what about using different drugs?

We are AGAINST executions Not against methods of executions
And again it would not make sense to give a person an overdose... first of all is impossible to find PURE heroin 2)it is really subjective. Everyone react differently to a same dose of heroin....
Ahh... and the last thing... Narcan doesn't work all the times...
These were just personal informations.. I really think what you are saying makes no sense... sorry Mike... you know I love you... but.. please....

I just thought a different drug might work instead of what is being used...
Like you too, very much...

Maybe a whole new method would be better not that I like the idea of executing people by any means at all.

Whilst the death penalty IS in operation, even though i don't agree with it, it would be more humane to use diamorphine with/ other drugs. Ela, diamorphine is 100% pure pharmaceutical heroin and was the drug used by Dr. Harold Shipman to murder hundreds of his older patients over a long period of time, here in the UK. Most doctors and those in the medical profession would choose this route, if say for example, euthanasia was legal, and they had an incurable disease. Then again,i cannot imagine the USA would want inmates to go pleasantly, which would be the case using diamorphine.

If the goal is to make executions as painless and easy as posssible, I would recommend a bullet to the head or a cabon monoxide chamber. I have always been a fan of the chamber, but I know that most people think it is inhumane (maybe it is, I dunno). Perhaps an updated version that uses carbon monoxide would be more acceptable. (Mike, I don't know if it is practical to juice them up with heroin and cocaine!)

Mo-DAWG ok lets talk about gunshots to the head objectively: 1st..the bullet hits ya with such a velocity that you will hardly feel the impact, besides that at the moment of impact the body will fall in shock plus you go unconscious while at the same moment the bullet destroys parts of ya brain cuz its intruding and rotating 2nd..while the bullet hits something hard..like a skull bone for example.. it flats and does even bigger damage while flying though the soft parts of your body..the entire collected energy is still there when the bullet leaves the skull again and this energy causes an even bigger outshot which means that parts of your skull actually seem to explode (damage depends on the caliber used and of course is bigger with a 357 or 45 caliber than it would be with a 22 cal)...while veins and arterys get damaged at the same time big amounts of blood flood out (we´re talking about the brain ya remember) and will leave the outshot-hole in the skull with parts of brain material....this whole energy parts (velocity and caliber of the bullet leave the mess u usually see after a shot in the head by the way).you want more details about other shotwounds? sorry..i know that many people here will find my describtion of a shot to the head terrible but i posted it as a reply since i think if the pros favor this as one possibility of execution they should at least know what exactly they´re talking about...no bla bla without knowledge by the way: if anybody should feel too offended by my post then just let me know and i´ll delete it....actually i just posted it for the pros to educate them about gunshots... Well, what about a carbon monoxide chamber? Many people die each year from accidental carbon monoxide poisoning. The reason it is so deadly is because people cannot detect it. That is why they invented carbon monoxide detectors. Hence, it has essentially been proven that carbon monoxide poisoning is painless. Accordingly, instead of LI, which causes minor discomfort, we could lock the condemned in a carbon monoxide chamber and give them the most painless death possible.
