"ATTIENTION, ATTENTION, on november 23, 2005 the highest criminal
court in the state of Texas turned down a part of my writ. Alright,
let me try to shed some light on this so as not to confuse you all. My
man and original writ was filed on nov. 21, 2001. Then on December 16,
2002 we filed a supplemtal writ with ONE ISSUE on it. Instead of
sending it to the State Court as they were suppose to, the DA's office
sent it to the CCA. Well, now the CCA has turned it down.......
We can sill file this issue in the federal court if we get to this
level but for the state level, it is though. It's not right and it's
unfair but the CCA in Texas has never been known for its fairness.
For those of you close to me, I do not want you to get too upset or
nervous, this doesn't mean I get a date, We still have my main writ
before the state court. BUT, the was the CCA wrote this opinion, they'
re telling the court to get off it's ass and do something on my writ,
that's been there since November 21, 2001. THAT is what hurts, because
the states court might decide to just deny me outright without giving
me a real consideration.

Friends even though I am not in immediate danger of a date, this does
mean that my time is running out, and we need to get going on building
our defense campaign.

I've started with the help of Diana, Simone and their family and
friends, trying to establish something in Germany. BUT,they can not do
all of this alone. I need more help. I need more people who care about
what happens to a innocent man on death row and is willing to DO
SOMETHING to please get in touch with either them or me. There is so
much that can be done. Even the smallest gesture could be a huge help.
So, please, make the decision to become active in the fight against
the death penalty and help me save my life."
