I have been pondering on weather to actually join, I have been reading the posts on here for several months now and decided this morning that it's no good I had to do it LOL. I have seen the close nit of this site and I like it. I am also very intereted in finding a pen pal on DR, I have spoken to my partner about this for ages and he was the one that told me to look at this site, so I hope I am in the right place. ;D As I live in the UK we don't have the DP here and I just feel I might make a difference to someone. Well I hope I can.

Welcome, Michaela, Well, yes, I do think you're in the right place! There is such a need for penpals for those on Death Row. It is lonely, isolated, mere existence. Something as simple as a letter or card, perhaps, striking up a friendship, means so much. It sincerely can bring warmth into an extraordinarily solitary day.

hey hey. what part of London you from? I'm in North East. You should def consider writing to a DR inmate. I was a bit dubious at first but over 3 years later I'm very glad I did!
Oh yeah, and welcome!
