The Mississippi Supreme Court, in a decision this week, has denied Post Conviction Relief to an inmate of Mississippi's Death Row.
After having read the decision, I am deeply dissatisfied with the issues addressed and ruled upon, to the point of questioning effectiveness of counsel. While the reputation of Counsel is well documented, it remains unsatisfactory ... not because of the outcome but, rather, because of salient issues not being raised and the incompleteness of investigation of the basis of ballistics to name but one area of concern. Mitigation has additionally not been addressed sufficiently.
I am inquiring as to whether someone might be aware of how I should proceed, without jeopardizing this case, in obtaining a pro bono attorney and investigator.
Any assistance or advice would be deeply appreciated.

Tinachurch (on this board) is an investigator mostly in Texas - but she would know, probably someone working in MS to talk with....
