Hey all, a few have heard about him. He has not only a myspace he has too a official webpage where he write blogs etc. Take a look at it. He is an innocent man on Texas death row. This is his message: "Please, get involved in the fight to end the death penalty. We can't abolish it without your help. We need your voices, your hands, whatever you have to offer the struggle, we need you if we are to win!" -Tony Medina- www.freetonymedina.com

These boards are really great. There are a lot of people here with a lot to say, and that's really refreshing to see. I thought I'd let everyone know of a site that's fairly new which shows a lot of potential, especially for helping people on death row who have been wrongly accused. Sorry if you see this post a few more times, but it's hard to find a place with as many people who are as interested in such a topic of discussion...
The Tribeca Network, a Manhattan-based user-generated Zeitgeist community, has announced the launch of dotconnectors.net, an interactive portal for the scrutiny and debate of criminal cases involving possible miscarriage of justice.
The site invites users to post available information about such cases, to which the greater community can add public records, witness accounts, court testimony and forensic evidence, as well as insight, opinion and information that may offer new paths to alternate conclusions. Dotconnector's first case, State vs. Reed, centers around Rodney Reed, a 40-year-old man on death row in a Texas prison for a rape and murder many believe he did not commit. That Reed is once again in the public eye is due largely to the efforts of Austin-based journalist Jordan Smith and filmmakers Frank Bustoz and Ryan Polomski, whose award-winning documentary State vs. Reed, helped to bring about a renewed evidentiary hearing. The film can be seen in its entirely on tribeca.net -- a portal of Tribeca Network, the parent company of dotconnectors.net.
