I know in Ohio alone there are at least 14 inmates with serious innocence claims. Thats out of 200 inmates I think the number is. Dont know what the percentage of that is since I am not good at maths LOL
As for public defenders well in Kennys case the public defender admitted to me on camera he did not do his job correctly. He admitted it many times. And this is the understatemnt of the century.

8% of 441 inmates is 35.28 inmates? That is high! I wonder how many of those are uneducated or lack any kind of support, legal or any other kind, to keep them from getting executed? No, that is 8-12% of all people incarcerated. Given the large number of incarcerated people and the comparatively small number of those on death row, the actual number of innocent people on death row is not as high as you think.
