transcripts from the hearing? or the trial? I'm not sure about this hearing; but for all the case and trial and appeal info; Tonya who is on this board too; rememberhaiti@yahoo.com who was so kind to pay for Jimmy to have some nice civilian clothes for the hearing has everything ! and is happy to copy and or loan files to anyone interested! Please email her and ask; she'll be happy to send anything!!! |

Thanks Tracy- I meant the hearing-- often they are posted the same evening-- but if she is going to give an update that should do the trick.
I hope Jimmy's exoneration is right around the bend!

CCADP message board member Jeff Boghosian is attending today's hearing along with Jim Sneed.
They should be letting us know after 5 what happened...
