Would anyone have information as to what may be sent with a letter to an inmate at Muncy? I have heard that no photographs are permitted and wondered if this were true. Are their regulations about stickers and the like?
Thank you to anyone who might help.

I write to someone and Muncy and from my experience, you can send photos. I think there is a limit to how many you can send at one time but it was quite a few. Stickers are fine if you put them on the envelope or letter (I once tried to send her a sheet of stickers but it didn't go through). You can send books via Amazon (no hard covers though). That's all I can think of right now. Let me know if you have any other questions. Kristy

Yes you can most definitely send pictures to Muncy, PA. I sent quite a few there, don't remember how many at once, but with about 5 you can't do much wrong.

I'm writing an inmate at Muncy too. I sent her a lot of photos. In one letter I sent her more than 20 photos. At first I put this photos with glue on some sheets of paper, but glue isn't allowed! I sent it again printed on photopaper with my computer and it works.

I have just been told that you cannot send stickers AT ALL in Muncy mail, not on letters or envelopes.

I got that restriction with San Quentin though to give them their due, the guards did let my letters through but eventually lost patience and enclosed a warning note to me to quit with the cute stickers!!
