I want to send some Christmas cards and small gifts to some DR inmates in Texas. I have 2 pen pals already and really can't offer them year round companionship, therefore I just want to write and not include my home address.
Any suggestions?
Also, I have never written anyone in Texas, are there any odd rules I should be aware of?

All facilities require a return address. If you don't wish to use your home address, the only other way would be a post office box.
In Texas, there are permitted no stickers and anything other than a letter must be sent by the retailer. This is really limited to books and magazines.

I've done post card projects where I've sent inmates post cards with no return address. One inmate's sister on here told me he got it and it made his day. I never put my return address on it. I also sent Ivan Cantu his CCADP messages once and didn't put my return address on it. His wife pm'd me a thank you after he received it.
