Court TV psychic Noreen Renier, the police psychic involved in the Peterson case now has two strikes new against her. On April 5, 2007 a Washington U.S. District Court awarded the skeptic writer that brought a lawsuit against her in 2005 all of his attorney fees and eliminated all of Noreen Renier's counter claims. The court had earlier ordered a federal judgment against Renier. Combined with promotional losses on her book 'A Mind for Murder' which was halted by Penguin, her publisher, and the royalties she missed from the beginning of her lawsuit, the estimated totals exceed $110,000 as of early April 2007. Additionally John Merrell has posted a lengthy overview of a series of psychic claims by Renier that witnesses have publicly stated were a bogus charade. See www.amindformurder.com

I always thought she was a fake. Court TV will put anyone on their program that they think might make them a dollor or a rating.

Now, I do believe in psychics and I do believe that some of them really know what they're talking about....but almost every single one of them say "they're near the water...I hear the water..." Well when someone wants to get rid of someone and the evidence on them they tend to put them in the water. And I'm sure the media had some impact on what she had to say.
