[As for "making it more difficult for the jury to come to a decision" that was Distaso's and Fladager's modus operandi. See the case of Douglas S. Mouser, also tried by them with no evidence, also taking 5 months and also resulting in a conviction. In Cano's case, with an actual mountain of evidence, they did a plea deal claiming the 'mountain' wasn't tall enough! You figure it out. snip for space only. wow. Thanks for the info. Unreal.

with your first baby? with a timeline of events that are supposed to happen that day, "sure honey, go 90 miles away to fish for an hour, that makes sense, see ya honey, i'll stay here and slave all day, waiting with a big smile on my face for you to come home, whenever that may be" my wife worked in an emergency room up to 8 months, for all four kids, she did arobics as well, but to dash soooooo far away to fish for an hour, i think even you might have a slight problem there......peace He wasn't fishing, he was playing with his new-to-him boat. How do you explain why Ron was fishing that same day, in an as-yet-undisclosed (with Dick Cheney?) location?

Happy, LOL ;D at your Dick Cheny comment. However you make a good point about Grantski. You think Grantski has any skeletons in HIS closet?? I do. My opinion only. I've wondered what the American public would think of the Rocha/Grantski clan if their lives had been put under a high power microscope like Scott's life was. In fact there are plenty of players in the Peterson case that I would love to have heard wire tapped conversations on..... and it sure wasn't that boring "What about meeeeeeee" Amber BS
