Wow. People love arguing over here Just joined, and want to say that I for one, think Scott is innocent. However, I would allow evidence that both "proves" he is guilty, as well as evidence that "proves" he is innocent. ... Can you show me even one molecule of evidence that points to guilt and is incapable of innocent explanation?

... The prosecution fooled the jury...... shame on them. Now former lead prosecutor Distaso is a judge..... be very afraid California... very afraid. They knew what they were doing. They didn't care. See www.corpus-delicti.com/mouser.html for a similar Fladager and Distaso case where they used a phony 'expert' and hatred to confuse the jury and get a conviction despite obvious innocence. Fladager and Distaso.... a real pair weren't they? I really wonder how they live with themselves.

Exactly. I would like to know how this person "knows" Scott. Be pretty interesting to find out their opinion on exactly the definision of "knowing" lol. My grandmother had a 5 or 10 minute conversation with Elvis Presley..I guess that means she knows Elvis now Lol
