Actual evidence analysis is so much more interesting than the crimentertainment bs the media feeds the public..... not to mention it reveals the truth. Now THIS is worthy of discussion: www.scottisinnocent.com/Library/Evidence%20Fact%20Sheets/Cheng2.htmI challenge anybody to try and discredit this analysis..... you can't. The prosecution fooled the jury...... shame on them. Now former lead prosecutor Distaso is a judge..... be very afraid California... very afraid. They knew what they were doing. They didn't care.

Dear Maggie, Why would you think that evidence is important in this case? After all the lack of it was not important to the jury................lol

I don't care who is fed up.
Maybe a few people obsessed with coming here and bashing Scott Peterson and those who support him need to find another place to go.
I intend to keep this area free of Scott bashing and I don't care who doesn't agree or like it.

Maggie: scottisinnocent.com is a biased website. If you want people to have ALL the FACTS, then don't refer them there! What was it about the evidence that you wanted to discuss? As far as the ScottIsInnocent website...... we will have to agree to disagree. I think the site is an excellent historical record of the entire case--- The editorial section contais opinions, but the trial record and historical data are all fact.

Maggie,
I'm not here to argue about SP's guilt or innocence. We already know that he's guilty and I'm not here to change your mind.
But, what motivates you to have such sympathy for a man who could murder his own child?
Do you think that SP would treat you as caring and as nice as you do him? I think not.
I know Scott. You don't.
Believe me.

Yes Maggie, The trial record and historical data are all fact, what hasn't been deleted that is. It's amazing that facts that point to Scott's guilt have been deleted. You know it's true Maggie! Nothing has been "deleted"! Look if you want to continue to speak in general terms, then I can't address what you are talking about...... because I don't know what you are talking about. Be specific and tell me what has been "deleted" from the historical record at SII? Be specific and tell me what evidence I am ignoring. I'll be happy to adress anything-- as long as it doesn't turn into a bash fest. The romper room Scott Peterson thread is in the debate section.... but seriously lovemechris- tell me what I am supposidly overlooking and I will address it.

Wow. People love arguing over here Just joined, and want to say that I for one, think Scott is innocent. However, I would allow evidence that both "proves" he is guilty, as well as evidence that "proves" he is innocent. Just because I think he is innocent, doesn't mean he is. The people that think he is guilty, doesn't mean he is guilty either. Let's face it. We can believe all we want. The only people that know are God and Laci and possibly Scott if he did it. Mami, how do you know Scott? Are you his cousin, other lover, grandmother, etc? Just because you read up on him doesn't mean you know him. Who are you to tell someone else that they do not know Scott, but you do? Unless you have personally met and hung around Scott, I do not think you "know" him.

I would tend to believe that you are lying and just trying to get people attention.

My mother used to say that you never really know somebody unless you live with them. We can speculate as to what type of person Scott was but we can say for sure that the evidence did not support a guilty verdict.

Exactly. I would like to know how this person "knows" Scott. Be pretty interesting to find out their opinion on exactly the definision of "knowing" lol. My grandmother had a 5 or 10 minute conversation with Elvis Presley..I guess that means she knows Elvis now

See www.corpus-delicti.com/mouser.html for a similar Fladager and Distaso case where they used a phony 'expert' and hatred to confuse the jury and get a conviction despite obvious innocence.
