I have been asked about it a number of time..usually "scott who?" as I am in KY, and then they usually glaze over when I get on a roll regarding why I think it was such an injustice.

I am in Kansas, and I get the same thing... usually... "Scott who?"
Depending on how into it I want to get, I either tell them the whole thing, or else I will just say that it is for a friend, who was unjustly convicted.. which is true too... its just the short version. HaHA.
They usually get the short version if I am at work, or somewhere that my time is limited, because when I get on my soapbox, it takes awhile.
I get the same reaction when people read my "prevent wrongful convictions" bumper sticker.

the website is on the bumper sticker. I thought I knew what it was, but it didn't work. I will check it in the AM and post it later tomorrow.

But it won't stop me from Supporting him.It does amaze me how many NON Supports are still following this case tho..Its not enough that Scott is on DR..We must be doing something right I guess if they are so upset with us Supporters...The Word is getting out there slowly! ;D |

typically, when you stand up for something you believe is right, you will get people challenging you on it.
Just know that you must be doing something right, or else why would it bother them so?
You know that you are doing the right thing, so hang in there.....

Yes, hate e mail does show you're stiring things up for sure, especially, doing something so contreversal. I received plenty. However, I am happy to say I don't receive anymore. Why? Because I report the e mails. You have the right not to receive said e mails. I'm not going to put up with it, but if it doesn't bother you, it's all good. (Well, I did receive one on July 20th, but he was just pissed at me and I'm going to let that one slide, however, if I receive more from that person, I'll report it.)
