Here's something to think about. Internet as a whole is Uncensored, however, we all go to various sites and "censor" our on internet experience by NOT going to the sites/boards we don't feel comfortable viewing or posting in.
Whether it be to type of material posted or the rules we may or may not agree in, we make the choice to view whichever site that may or may not be offensive.
If we don't agree with the contents/rules of a particular site/board, we can choose not to go. If we go, even though we don't agree with the contents/rules, then what is accomplished?
Please don't think this is to start any board/board fights or anti/pro/anti/anti fights. I'm just curious we anyone chooses to post on a board they disagree on.
I'm just as guilty, therefore, I'll be posting an answer to the same question.
Suzanne
Tracy, I have a new Uncensored Survey question in mind related to this question. I'll get back with you about it.

I disagree that the internet is completely uncensored for the following reasons. 1. An ISP may pull down content they do not agree with. Or a message board host can do the same thing! As exampled by the downfall of Crazy Pros and several other anti boards on complaints to the message board host 2. Govts can prosecute website holders in their own country for whatever. I think for me the reason is that you get to learn more about the issue from a view point you have never considered before Here's something to think about. It is a reflection in the change in my thinking. Actually I saw the thread that Doc left on the proboards support forum regarding a warning recieved for breach of the proboards TOS. I also saw that some of the admins were questioning that whether or not it was actually harrassment of the inmates. Then I saw him complain that his board was taken down before the deadline they had given him was due.... I can also match that with comments on this board by antis saying that they had made MANY complaints against Crazy Pros.... I think Crazy Pros forgot to read one part of the TOS....that the board can be taken down for "any reasons" Anyway causing to much drama here, I'd better shut up

I'm not doubting you...it all makes perfect sense really.I was only repeating things his head cry baby (I guess he thought I forgot he can't handle his drink...LOL) has posted here.I don't think many here would class this as drama....most are quite happy to see Crazy Pros suffer.I do however find it odd that his admins would whine about right and wrong....That seems like a cat who wonders is it cruel to eat birds as he pucks feathers from his teeth LMAO dio

Why, if the drama is not wanted here, Suzanne, are you starting it all up again with this new thread? Just curious. Personally a bit of drama should be tolerable, so people can actually say what they think. If people cannot say what they think then they just get angrier and angrier to the point that things get said that are later regretted

For the record I will ask where the "drama"is?Suzanne made a very valid statement which even the lowest of the pro boot lickers can not dispute. No one's computer forces them to go to these boards, you are under no requirement to read every post, and there is no law which says you must reply to a post you may find offensive.I know its such a simple game many can't grasp the object......But as a man once said after singing a pretty song...."It's all beautiful in my world.Ahhhh but I digress the subject is drama not quotes by Ozzy.....LOL

Why, if the drama is not wanted here, Suzanne, are you starting it all up again with this new thread? Just curious. It's not meant for drama. That's why I clearly stated that. I'm working on a survey, however, I'm not exactly sure how I want to put it, so I'm trying to get some ideas. Something that won't be offensive to anyone....I do know I'm going to want both pro and anti answers in the survey, but like I said, I'm working on an appropriate question.

Personally a bit of drama should be tolerable, so people can actually say what they think. If people cannot say what they think then they just get angrier and angrier to the point that things get said that are later regretted as long as it's at a respectable level, like "debating" is respectable. When you debate, you don't agree, but you respect the persons arguement, and they don't put you down for your argument. But when it's down right hateful or degrading, that's just plain immature, something that many people don't want to be a part of.
