it took 17 years for willis's attorney's to proove his innocense. The average person on death row spends about half of that exhausting their appeals before execution.

Let's see, here in Texas, about 8 years is right for the appeal process.....however Willis proves it may take twice as long to prove your innocent. I wonder how many innocent were executed already. hmmmmm, willingham? Garrett?........

Let's see, here in Texas, about 8 years is right for the appeal process.....however Willis proves it may take twice as long to prove your innocent. I wonder how many innocent were executed already. hmmmmm, willingham? Garrett?........ Inmates in Texas spend an average of 10.43 years on DR before they face the needle.

Take Bagwell for instance. It took 8 years to send him down and there was no doubt about his guilt at all. Completely wasteful.
