It appears Yahoo has pulled the plug on latest cyber home for the Karla Homolka death pool. I understand your coalition was instrumental in limiting access to this by buying the original url. I wouldn't like to talk to someone at your organization about that, and for reaction to this latest move. Many thanks, Greg Bonnell Senior Ontario Correspondent The Canadian Press

You are a wasting your time. Karla can fend for herself, hows about you guys focus on real CCADP issues like freeing the Milgards and Morans and keeping Alberta from reinstating the death penalty. You are waisting your donations buying the death pool. Focus on the government. What private citizens do to convicted serial killers on their own time is their business.
You should give that money to africa instead of helping out a childraping monster.

Karla should have had a much longer sentence and I blame the government for making a deal they did not have to make. I just don't believe in vigilante justice. Do you actually believe in it? The page is not a very vigorous defense of her; it is simply saying she should not be killed. By the way it cost 15 dollars. We thought that a fair amount to make the point that Canada no longer has the DP. Don't tell us what to advocate for or where to spend our funds or time. I have worked closely with Mrs Milgaard and with AIDWYC the Assoc In Defense of the Wrongly Convicted; thats what a lot of our time is spent on. We also spend time and money on many other issues; this is a forum to discuss just one of them. What have YOU done with or for the Milgaards? I had a phone conversation with David not long ago and I am sure that he would stand beside me against vigilante justice regardless of our personal opinion of Karla Homolka and her crimes. We do focus on the government. Its the media and the public that are focusing their hysteria on Homolka. I think this kind of dealmaking is terrible; it happens often that two equally guilty will get hugely differing sentences; 'snitch' testimony. The testimony is fine but there should be no special sentencing deals like was made here. Its the government that painted her as a victim and I don't understand why the ager is all directed at Karla (I mean regarding the sentence not the crimes) I think the government is getting a free pass and no one is asking these questions! What do you know about what I give to or what I should 'give to Africa' ? Did you buy a coffee today? A new pair of pants this week? Pay your rent? You should have given that money to Africa. By the way the CCADP directors bought it PERSONALLY and not with any CCADP funds. (BTW mostly we run CCADP on our own funds; anyway!)
