Yes...But he was not executed. That is the difference. I never said things were perfect. Did you see my comment in "Media Spin"?

I think I said if an innocent person were executed... He was not executed. That is the difference. He died of cancer, which was tragic. It was. What part of NOT EXECUTED do you not understand? hahaha Mike tries the "splitting hair" tactics..did ya ever try to keep yourself busy with psychology...mechanisms of avoidance..mechanism of "self-protetion? too long to explain here... it would make you realize some thing about yourself.....you´re funny i really like your ways of "outing your inner self" without realizing you do..... Mike showed his true self from the beginning in this statement:
"I am in favor of the Death Penalty only when all the "i"s are dotted and the "t"s crossed. I want the inmate to have every chance that they have coming to them. However, if the result is death, tough. "

I think with all due respect that in Mikes case, "The lights are on, but nobody's at home"...
Let's leave this. He's wasting ALL our time.

Sorry. I never had a class in psychology... I post what I feel and try to talk about. Never said I was right, never said I was wrong...
Not a perfect person...Just have my beliefs and thoughts. Just a simple guy. Who is decent. And honorable. Just looking for my own place in the world...

And I do believe that statement that I made. However, all the "i"s were not dotted...

Just looking for my own place in the world... oh well none of us is perfect and perfection is boring anyways...you say you´re a decent, honrable and simple guy ...but deniying facts and stubbornly trying to ignore or split hairs doesnt make you look toooooo decent and honorable of course...probably not even in your own eyes hence those reactions....simple basic knowledge of psychology Mo-DAWG

mike, it's heartless of you to be okay with him even serving time on death row, fearing he was going to be executed for a crime he didn't commit. It's not ok, just because he didn't live long enough to be executed.

What facts am I denying... He was not executedHe died of cancer...Not lethal injection or electric chair Cancer is a death I would not wish on anyone... me neither Mike..me neither.... the simple fact you´re denying in this case is the fact that he just wasn´t executed BECAUSE he died before they could ex him...doesnt change their intention to ex him ...they would definitely have exéd him if he didn´t die of cancer..result: they had ex éd an innocent man which proves that there ARE innocents that were/are to be ex éd.....we have more cases like that but our people will not be executed cuz we have the money, the staff and other lawyers than uninterested state-appointed-lawyers to enforce things like DNAs to be done...the proven fact here was the planned execution of an innocent man that just didn´t i work as intended for ONE single reason: the cancer caused his death before the system was able to execute him...another thing by the way is that the judge (part of the system) obviously had reasons to deny the DNA test not to let the system be shown with "pants down"...like we do in our work now... so however you try to split hair it doesnt matter anymore since the fact is clear in this case..his death of cancer is the only thing you have left to cling on and you use it obviously desperately not to admit there was an innocent man to be executed..i expected more from you Mike since you obviously intelligent as you already proved.... Who said I was OK with him in prison...I did not. I said, in that post that all the "i"s needed to be dotted and all the"t"s needed to be crossed. That was what i said and what was posted by CCADP. That was not done in this case. They had 14 years to get DNA test. They did, in all likelyhood ask for it. He should have gotten one as a check measure to ensure that the "i"s were dotted...Which they were not. However, he was not executed...He died a much slower death by cancer.

Yes. I have a large family, on both sides, plus my wife has a large family. I love and cherish all of them.
