Hi, Okay, well I just received a visiting questionnaire from my pen-pal who is on San Quentin. There is a section asking for an 'identification card number and issuing state'. I'm from the UK and I'm really not sure what to put in that bit, as far as I'm aware I have no identification card...apart from passport/drivers lisence and what not. Can I leave it blank or what? Thanks , sorry I'm probably being very dumb...

i'd either call up there and ask the prison to clarify or you can just write in "passport" and put the passport ID #

Why do I have a feeling you didn't even have to look that number up Erick?

Let us know what happens. I might be in the same position, only at OSP in Ohio. So if you figure something out concerning us Europeans filling out forms, please let me know
