Hi everyone ,
I’m sure you’ve all heard of Dzhokhar “Jahar” Tsarnaev, the lone surviving Boston Marathon bomber.After hearing that his death penalty was reinstated a couple of months ago , I decided to create this petition. I do not condone the bombings and I give my greatest condolences to the victims , however I believe capital punishment is murder and the state should not be allowed to take someone’s life . I am so lucky to be a Canadian where the death penalty is abolished , and that’s why I’m deciding to speak up for our American neighbours who unfortunately don’t all have the same rights .
