THIS...is why I'm pro-death penalty....no executed murderer EVER killed again....EVER. I would honestly like to hear the rationalization for running the risk of releasing more of these monsters. |

That's why we should only execute the worst of the worst, and only the most certainly guilty. I would also look much harder at lifetime violent criminals who murder, than I would people who seem to "snap". There are a few dp-sentenced murderers I would not have agreed with the sentence. But there are far more un-executed murderers who kill again. I choose to err on the side of the safety of the innocent. |

I COMPLETELY support the DEATH PENALTY! So do I as long as it is ruthlessly applied to crooked cops, prosecutors, judges and politicians. Any chance of that? |
