Sorry Mel I hit edit on your post earlier instead of quote ;D Here was my post: Hey Mel.... great site! The Vince Doan case is another real travesty..... seems like every time I turn around... another wrongful conviction! You should post something in the main section-- some people here might want to add cases.... Do you have Jimmy Dennis? He has an entire section here. Great work

There are so many sites popping up stateing that there are many on DR that are innocent because the justice system failed them. Let me say this, if someone is absolutely innocent, and not by what the law has written, but has NEVER made a conscious decision to end another persons life and they are on DR, may God bless you and may you be freed soon. But then again, what about all of those whom the system has failed and let loose only to murder again. Those who are honestly guilty of murder, and are free to walk among us only to kill again. Are the sites of those people hate sites? What about the MVS? Are they wrong for feeling the resentment they do? Once again, let me state, I am all for freeing the innocent, but not those who have found a loophole. And to the MVS and all the victims, I say I am sorry for your loss. Don't let those mountain men that have no wits cloud the minds of those more intelligent. Free the innocent, let justice pervail on those truly guilty.

Jason Jason, please don't make this a "what about the MVS" or "what about the victim" fight. Jason, please feel free to make a victims site/MVS site and we'll post it in the victims area of the board. We do care about the victims and we do care about MVSs. Many Anti's have loved ones who were murdered. We aren't fighting against the DP just for those who are innocent, we fight against the DP for those who are guilty, also. We don't want the worst of the worst executed, though, we don't want them out of prison, either, which is where LWOP comes in.
