It's a fact that innocent people are in prison, including Death Row.
If the only way too keep the death penalty would be to sacrafice an innocent man or woman by executing, which one of you are going to volunteer?

I didn't ask her. are you going to volunteer Erick? Since there are some innocent people in prison, if the only way to keep prisons was to sacrifice an innocent person, who would you choose?

Of course I wouldn't volunteer. I don't want the death penalty in the first place. I wouldn't sacrafice myself.

Since there are some innocent people in prison, if the only way to keep prisons was to sacrifice an innocent person, who would you choose? we dont wanna keep the Death Penalty so why the heck should we choose anybody ?? Mo-DAWG Noosh, she basically asserted that the DP should be done away with because of the risk if executing someone who is innocent. That line of reasoning could be used to attack all forms of punishement. If we should not execute people because we might kill an innocent, then we should not incarcerate people because some of them might be innocent.
