Yes. I realize this. Not everybody agrees with me anyway. However, I am also not certain that he has standing to sue. But I am not a lawyer... Yes they do have standing to sue. But Mike, I am floored right now. I though your whole purpose was to wow us with your limitless wisdom so we would all agree with you.

No, not really...Just people who are hidebound and inflexible and do not listen... Aand who spend 18 years in a bathroom getting ready for a date ;D I said the bathroom because I saw something on TV once where a guy in prison said he would have to spend most of his time in the bathroom because it is the size of what he was used to. And it is not that I am inflexable, just that I have my belief's and I don't think I should ever be attacked for them. You don't deserve to be attacked for yours either, but I don't post on pro boards so I don't go looking for it. So I will defend my views

I think he should get a new trial, but when/if he is found guilty, he should not get all his appeals back. whether he is guilty or innocent, he has spent too much time on DR. If he is found guilty, he should face the needle within a year. If he is innocent, he should get millions.

Oh yeah they do start the appeals process again, and this should happen. I mean mistakes are made in every trial and every trial is different. So the clock on the appeals process should start again.

There will be no trial because the state does not have any evidence for a trial and even if they did we do not fear a retrial we WANT one. We know a retrial will prove once and for all that Kenny is an innocent man.
If the state refuse to retry this case you should ask yourself why when they continue to say this is a just conviction. The evidence proves this fire that killed little cynthia collins was an accidental house fire and not an arson.

That's why he's being released on Sept 1st or before. So those that think it's a disgrace that he 'makes money' out of this... even your pro buddy's agree with us... HE SHOULD EARN MILLIONS!!! After this unbelievable injustice, 18 YEARS OF HELL, he's earned EVERY penny!

Nothing has been found out yet...The state of Ohio has 90 or so days to decide if they want to re-try...That is not innocence...It is deciding if they can re-try. If they go to trial, that is where guilty or not guilty is decided...Not here and not yet.
