Hi all;

Jimmy Dennis; a factually innocent man on PAs death row; is a dear friend to us and his case is the case that brought us into the fight against the DP and started CCADP.

After 8 long years of knowing him; and 14 years of him being on death row, and thanks to the great pro bono work of Arnold And Porter in Washington; an evidentiary hearing for Jimmy begins May 4!!!

How i help Jimmy Dennis? You would have to ask him, but I know that through the friendship and support i offer him, it helps him Tremendously.
Its funny how, once only a year and some ago, Jimmy was just a stranger to me, i have no clue to "Who is jimmy dennis??" and than, i read up on his story, his case... and it was hard to turn away from something i believed in so strongly. I took my chance, and i since than, have read many case records, but most importantly have gotten to know Jimmy on a deeper level. He is one of the most strongest, sincere, honest people i have yet to meet in life. He is selfless, to the extreme. And above all, HE IS INNOCENT. there isn't a doubt in my mind that he is wrongly convicted. Jimmy is a man who had his life taken away from him, i can only offer so much, but now being his pen pal for over a year, solid, i feel i have offered him from the lack of humanity he has been given in there, the warmth of friendship. It easy to be cynical for some people who hear of a man saying " i am innocent" ... I was once cynical at the very beginning and now, i am a firm believer in his innocence, and in my prayers that justice will prevail.
