End the Death Penalty Everywhere Petition

Hi everybody. I started this petition a few hours ago. The number of signatures hoped for is 10 million and the time set to achieve that is 2 years from now. If it does grow near that number I can adjust both of those. So it's viewable by the world and the intended recipient of the finished petition is the General Assembly of the United Nations.
