Scott Peterson's civil court jury trial has been set to begin May 27, a judge decided at a hearing Monday. The wrongful death lawsuit filed by Peterson's former in-laws, Sharon Rocha and Dennis Rocha, should last about five weeks. Peterson, top photo, was convicted of murdering his wife, Laci, bottom photo, and unborn son, Conner, then dumping her body in San Francisco Bay during a Christmas Eve 2002 fishing trip. Peterson is on death row. The verdicts have been appealed.

It seems very circumstantial,it looks like someone has tried to steal the fetus & failed,whoever did they cared a great deal about the baby. |

Given the lack of evidence against Peterson, the impossibility of every scenario that involves him, and the compelling evidence for a failed fetal abduction that is a reasonable conclusion. |
