Maybe miss "I'll quit my job even though I have kids to feed to be on the Peterson jury" has a guilty conscious??
Either that or she is still desperate for some kind of 15 monutes of fame.
IMO she was a stealth juror. Nothing, I mean NOTHING about her impresses me.
Get lost Richelle. Nobody cares about you.

What an amazing way to find friendship, one is on the jury of giving the other a death sentence.

Magazine: Juror, murderer Scott Peterson are pen-palsAssociated PressEAST PALO ALTO, Calif. - A former juror who sent Scott Peterson to death row says she's been corresponding for nearly a year with the former fertilizer salesman convicted of murdering his pregnant wife. Richelle Nice, 36, of East Palo Alto told People magazine that she and Peterson have exchanged about two dozen letters since August. Nice said she wrote the first letter as an exercise suggested by her therapist, but she didn't intend to mail it. She said she wanted to tell Peterson how the seven-month trial had turned her life upside down. The mother of four boys also wanted to know why he killed his wife, Laci Peterson. Then she decided to mail it. About a month later, she got a response. "I started shaking and crying and hyperventilating," she told the magazine. "I didn't know what to do. I wondered, 'Do I call the police? Do I even want to open it?'" She said she was amazed at the tone of his letter. She said he's polite and charming, often showering her with compliments. He even commented on her choice of a breast cancer awareness stamp. Peterson also seems more concerned about how the trial affected her than himself. "He talked a lot about those autopsy photos and how hard that must have been for the jurors to see," Nice said. He also repeatedly denied killing his wife, she said. In December, Nice suffered a major breakdown and was hospitalized in a psychiatric ward, she said, explaining she's had a difficult life, including four children by two men. She now lives with her mother. "I remember thinking, 'Dude, you had all the resources in the world, and you can't hold it together any better than that when the chips are down,'" she said. "'When life begins to get a little uncomfortable for you, what do you do? You commit murder?' What a sorry cop-out."

Wow, interesting. Maggie, I just thought I'd let you know I'm from Ohio also, what a coincidence, huh.

Hi apple.... lousy weather we had last night huh? Pretty dreary this morning too.... oh well, that's Ohio, lol.
I never thought I would hear myself say this, but I think I actually feel sorry for Richelle Nice. Imagine what the woman has to live with....... I hope that her experience of sending an innocent person to death row somehow changes her for the better..... maybe she will feel better when Scott is exonerated.
The thing is, she is finding out what a lot of the sheeple brainwashed America never knew or realized. Scott IS a nice person! She called him an "a**hole" after trial, and now she is finding, he is anything but that-- the man has class and a huge capacity to care about others. IMO she is finding out that he is not the cold blooded killer that the corrupt Distaso tried to lead us all to believe (of course he had plenty of help from the ratings driven media).
If I could say one thing to Richelle it would be..... honey, if you want to sleep better at night, and make your children proud, then face what's happened here and have the courage to speak out in SUPPORT of Scott Peterson. You were lied to by a corrupt prosecutor, that part is not your fault. ps-- have you read the Aponte report?

Even though Richelle probably wouldn't admit it, I'm sure she is second guessing her decision, otherwise she probably wouldn't be writing him.

I agree Richelle is an idiot but Scott isnt real smart for writing to her either IMO But that is so like him - he's a nice guy who tries to make everyone happy. He was easy meat for the mad dog team of Fladager and Distaso - they went after him like a bear goes after salmon.

Actually, I think it is kind of smart for him to be writing her. This can only benefit him to show her she made a mistake, and who knows what the future could bring. If he got a new trial it would actually look good for him if he brought her letters to court.

Is Geraldo Rivera the stupidest of them all? Nice said the letters weren't romantic - Rivera says, "Romantic letters". What a buffoon.

If not, it cant be anything but negative for Scott, more tabloid trash.
