Scott, you have the right to a new trial. The second that Amber became an agent of the MPD and asked you questions on their behalf, you should have been read your Miranda Rights. It is called wire tapping. Stay strong; it won't be much longer.

Scott, It's been a while. I have been going through my own struggles, but never without thinking about you. Every now and then I get word you are looking well, and having visits, so I tend to not feel to concerned. In other words, I know you're okay. I hear things from people who are out there in CA visitiing their husbands, boyfriends, relatives. I'm always thankful you're doing Ok. If I had any kind of interesting life I'd write real mail, but that's just not the case. I came here today just to leave you a note. I am still on your side and think about you often.
Love, Ruth Serra

Hi, scott
Good evening....
I just wanna say we are here praying for you. When you will come back to your family you will be surprised and very happy with the number of people that really care about you !!! I think this forum has been helping a lot. Many people that didn't believe that you were innocent now are thinking in a different way, Even the media has to admit that this forum is helping, not just you but all other innocent ones that one day will have a chance to prove they were wrong convicted. The best thing to be done is live one day after another....keep your head up, you are an innocent guy!!!! All this crap will be ver soon!!!! I just wish I could do much more to help you. Anyway, you can count on many many people here that will never give up on you, until the day that everything that is happening with you will be just a bad dream. God Bless you, Your friend, Alexsandra

Scott,
there are some people out there that may have forgotten you now that time has passed. But there are some of us that will remember you and pray for you everyday. I visit your family's website quite often hoping for some good news. You, Laci, Connor and all of your families will always be in my heart and mind for the rest of my life. I feel unfortunate to have never met any of you. I hope and pray that the "truth" will prevail someday. (Hopefully, sooner than later) I have always belived that you were innocent. I have so many thoughts that I would love to share with you about what happened, but ofter get angered by thinking about everything that has happened and how you've been unjustly convicted. However, I want to send you good words and thoughts as I'm sure you need more. My thoughts and prayers are always with you. A blessed thing it is for any man or woman to have a friend, one human soul whom we can trust utterly, who knows the best and worst of us, and who loves us in spite of all our faults. Scott, My name is Kimberly. I'm writing to you from NY. I hope that you are doing well. I wrote you a letter several weeks ago, I don't know if you got it. It was in a red envelope with a picture of me and my dog in it, and a SASE so you could write back to me. I hope that rings a bell. I wanted to send you support and some love. I hope that you'll get a chance to write back to me. I know the picture couldn't have been THAT bad...lol. Love, Kimberly

Dear Scott, Sorry I have not written in a while! I hope you got my birthday card I made for you. I put sunflowers on the card so every time you look at it it will remind you of Laci ! How are you getting along. Just remember you are loved very much and alot of people believe in you.Ipray for you every day Scott you will be freed some day and I'm going to be there cheering for you! I know you will get a retrial and maybe this time you will get a jury that bases their verdict on the evidence not on what the media says. Scott the media convicted you. Keep you chin up because you were wrongly convicted! Love and kisses, Rhonda

Hi Scott, My name is Gail. I think of you at moments when others have become non-believers. I always remind them that if they want to change their mind, they can browse the web and read both sides. Then they will become a believer like I am. I have followed the case from day one Perhaps I see things through different eyes than most because I have been in a bad a situation once where no one believed in me. I was the victim of a scam and set-up. Then they tried to turn it around and blame me and it worked. I lost everything. But I am here today, free as a bird, stronger than ever. Scott, in my opinion, there is no justice, all the politicans care about are convictiing a guilty party, settling the case so everyone is happy, and getting re-elected. Some attorneys, to them its just a business. A challenge to win. But for some winning doesn't mean freeing their client, it means settling for a lesser sentence. In your case, you need more because thats just not good enough. So, whos really on our side? Your raised to believe it is the law, your friends and your family, but, when it comes right down to it, they too are easily influenced by propoganda. Many people are moved by this negative media. After the negative media, they are then moved by the hero who has caught the criminal and brought him or her to justice. Is justice about Truth? Not from my experience. Its the officials taking credit for closing another case. They don't care about truth, they care about whats in the books. So, I was named. The politican was re-elected. Thats justice. The truth though is that I was innocent just like you. But, I was frozen with fear, not able to think straight, wondering myself at times if I was really guilty. I almost started believing it myself. I drove myself crazy, lost everything of value and got physically ill on top of it. So what changed for me? My attitude. A stranger came into my life who became my friend. Over the phone, without a face, just an understanding voice, filled with compassion and belief in me. he patiently talked to me everyday for endless hours until I was able to just calm down long enough to think clearly. Did he really know if I was innocent or guilty. Not really. But, he unconditionally supported me. That got me through. He had been through a bad experience himself and was all alone. With his help I got in touch with my feelings and went from fear to strength, from being defensive to being agressive, from being controlled by others to controlling my own destiny. You see, the fear kept me from believing in myself. How can others believe in me if I don't? I don't know if one word of what I just said makes any sense or if you relate to any of it, I know you will follow the same path and start expressing your innocence to the world loud and clear. You know the saying, the squeaky wheel always gets greased.
Scott, Only you know the truth. Live it. Tell it. Who cares what everyone else says. There not on death row!!!! Its your life, take charge of it and go for it. What do you have to lose? You only have your life to gain. Whatever you do, know that you have another believer. I am reaching out to be that friend in the night that will unconditionally support you if you want. Why, because I believe you are innocent. You can email me at justmine1@hotmail.com if you are allowed. I don't want anything in return, just to give you some of that unconditional belief that worked for me. Please take Care! Gail

Scott, I forgot one true story my dad told me growing up. He was summons to court and the Judge offered him a settlement. He said, your Honor, if I am guilty, I will take my punishment, but if I am innocent set me free. I will not settle when I believe I am innocent. The Judge set him free.
Take Care, Gail

Scott,
Hope your hanging in there. I'm sure what you are going through must be extremely difficult. Someday, I hope that I will see you walk out of San Quentin a free man. Your trial took place as I was finishing up law school and studying for the bar exam. I became a prosecutor the same month you were convicted. Your trial transformed my thinking and I didn't last long as a prosecutor before I became a defense attorney. I think your case was a travesty of justice which seems to happen far too often in our country. I hope you get the best appellate lawyers in California and are successful at getting a new trial and hopefully a fair trial. I hope you keep your head held high and keep the hope alive that one day you will be a free man and the real killer will be held responsible for this heinous act. As Andy Dufresne said in the Shawshank Redemption "Hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things, and no good thing ever dies" I'll be thinking about you and hope one day I get to see you walk out of San Quentin a free man.

Eh Scott, i woke up from a dream at 5:44am today about you. This not only shocked me but seriously made me wonder why I would have this dream in the first place. When I woke up I felt as though I had received a message. I don't claim to be a medium although many of my dreams in the past have actually proved themselves to be accurate. That is why I feel compelled to tell you about it. In the dream Amber Frey was the person who arranged for the disappearance of Laci. I believe it can be proven that Frey committed purgery on the stand. She said she didn't know you were married but I believe that she in fact did. Please, ask your lawyers to investigate Frey more thoroughly. The authorities are copping out and putting this all on you. I believe you are truly innocent and have been set up by Frey and a man who is some how related to her. Their motive evolved around money. They set up the perfect scheme and in the process set you up. I hope you don't think I'm a freak. Please take me seriously. I wish you only the best in your future and ask you to consider my premonition. I look forward to hearing the outcome one day. Believe me, it will be all good. Thanks for taking the time to read this and please keep your chin up. The more positive you stay the stronger you will become. Try your best to have a good day. Michelle I.
