Dear Erick, Do you have any information on his rape conviction? Or is it a case that he is rapist, therefore he must be a murderer? Love and hugs, Judy No Judy, I don't. All I know was that he was previously convicted of rape, which makes me suspicious. Just because I have my suspicions does not mean I think he is definitely guilty, anyway. Like I said, I want these tests to be done, and I am NOT afraid of the truth, whatever that may be. If an innocent man was executed in the USA since 1976, I want to know about it. Just because I suspect the tests will confirm guilt does not mean that the tests are not worth doing. On the contrary. Let's find out. Besides yours and my speculations are meaningless in light of what this new evidence might show.

Do you think his first victim, Brenda Ratliff, was lying? If she was telling the truth, then Coleman has previously demonstrated a capacity for extreme violence, which indicates to me that he might very well have been capable of committing the murder. Anyway, let's just wait for the test results.

I have no idea if she was lying or not but that piece is not exactly impartial.

(i dunno if thats the case here as well and i wont judge that) .... ... ill tell you what ... like 10 years ago we had an alleged case of rape in my neighbourhood in san diego when a woman accused some guy of having raped her ... later it turned out that she was after him but he rejected her and since he even refused to f*ck her she wanted revenge and told the pigs he had raped her ... fortunately the truth came out .... Mo-DAWG Not sure exactly. Her neighbors heard her cries, causing Coleman to flee. Also, he tied-up her daughter, so I am sure she testified, although was only 6. Look, I am in no position to argue about the facts of a rape that occurred 2 years before I was born. I believe he was guilty of the rape, but that does not matter. I want to know the test results. If the DNA results prove that he did not commit the murder , I will admit that we have executed an innocent man. I don't think that I am being unreasonable here.

(2 examples:cameron todd willingham was innocent but texas swept the evidence under the rug ... ruben cantu was mostlikely innocent but that will most likely be swept under the rug as well) ... This is what it will take to get rid of these damn State Murders! no kathy .. we wont get off them f*cking state sanctioned killers that easy ...we ve had innocents like cameron todd willingham before but texas swept the evidence under the rug ... you gotta understand one thing ... its not just about justice ... the states as well as most pros agree with some "collateral damage" to keep the killing by the state alive .... and now tell me wheres the difference tween innocents that get murdered on the streets and inmnocents that get murdered by the state? .. the only thing they would and did justify executions of innocents with is that one cant stop executions just because some innocent guy bit the dust (Benty... the ole perv) Mo-DAWG
