That's acceptable. And yes, i think you can't find bufala mozzarella there... the real one is only in Naples, it's hard to find the real one even for me here in Florence.

OK...Now, I can have mushrooms and extra cheese??? Sure!! But... I would reccomend: boletus mushrooms ( freash or desiccated, as you prefer... and double mozzarella.... Bufala is buffalo's wife... I think... and she makes a special milk and from this milk, they make this special mozzarella.

Sounds about right...Now, where is a decent place to get it and eat it...Maybe when I go back to Florida...

there are many italian restaurants in USA. But be assured that they are italian... I went to eat a slice of pizza in New York.. and they had some with CHICKEN INSIDE....

I'll go there next time I go north...There is a place in eastland that makes wonderful Italian food...They make good pizza. I will ask if they have that kind of mushroom for the pizza...They make a chicken dish called Chicken damabianca or something like that...It tastes wonderful with pasta...

They use a cheese sauce with some brandy in it, mushrooms, pasta, and sliced chicken breasts...Wonderful stuff...
I am going to make steaks when I get home tonight...

It must be good. But not italian I don't like Italy very much under many aspects... but about food... I have to admit it... there's nothing better than mum's home made potatoes tortelli....
